Weight Loss and Diet

Finding the right diet that supports your system and helps you maintain a healthy body at an ideal weight is a struggle for most of us. Add to this the hormonal issues caused by menopause and things get even trickier. Having been through every single diet on the planet, from veganism to the carnivore diet, I think I’ve been able to crack the code of the ideal diet for humans. Of course we are all individuals with varying needs but ultimately a diet is about reducing inflammation and nourishing our bodies with the optimal nutrition.

I truly believe that we need to look to our ancestors for dietary guidelines and also appreciate that fasting was just as much a part of our evolution as feasting. You can learn more about water fasting, intermittent fasting and even fat fasting through my videos and E-book.
