Exercise

As we get older, exercise becomes even more important. Of course, the type of exercise that helps us stay youthful and doesn’t lead to rapid aging will be very different from the exercise a 20 year old might engage in. It’s important to keep muscles and bones strong. We also need to keep the body flexible and supple with a good posture.

“Typically, people who exercise, start eating better and becoming more productive at work. They smoke less and show more patience with colleagues and family. They use their credit cards less frequently and say they feel less stressed. Exercise is a keystone habit that triggers widespread change.”
